Position the stop at the desired dimension in order to cut it off in length with repeatable accuracy. Mount the aluminum profile on wooden strips, which serve as a stop to build your own cross-cut sawing station. It has never been so easy to work with a miter saw with repeatable accuracy.
We recommend using our profiles with a stationary miter saw. You can also use this for your radial arm saw, column drilling machine or self-made sliding table. No matter where you use the system, you will always work with it faster and more precisely than before.
The end stop was developed to simplify repeatable cuts. This is pushed onto the top of the profile and aligned on the scale with the aid of the position indicator. Regardless of whether you are left or right-handed, the system can be adjusted according to your needs.
The swing stop ensures a precise result with the function of folding it away again. On the top there is also a position indicator which gives you the exact dimension on the scale.
Build a support unit from MDF or plywood at the appropriate height for your miter saw. It is best to use a 57mm high bar as the rear stop to be able to mount the aluminum profiles on it. Precise instructions can be found in the operating instructions.
Incredibly strong and durable, our anodized aluminum profiles are L-shaped, which makes alignment and assembly on a 19mm plywood strip child's play. The profile has a groove on the upper edge to stick the supplied self-adhesive tape measure. The set contains four, 610mm long profiles, which gives you the opportunity to position them as you wish.
