The precision router table fence of the table milling machine always remains parallel to the T-slot of the angle fence. The stop is easy to adjust and engages with a double lock.
The enlarged measuring scale can be adjusted to match each cutter. The included fine adjustment enables precise adjustment.
Two plastic rods are included. These are simply pushed into the back of the fence to easily move the fence for dressing. You can then dress boards with a commercially available groove cutter.
The stop surfaces of the milling stop can be set independently of each other in order to enable the appropriate stabilization and extraction to match the milling cutter.
The long-lasting EASY-SLIDE ?? The surface made of perforated high-pressure laminate has very little friction and makes guiding the workpiece easier. The edges are sealed against bumps and abrasion. The surface is pre-drilled for mounting the insert plates.
Four compensating pieces allow the insert plate to be aligned flush with the table surface to ensure precise guidance. Steel struts hold the 25mm MDF board in place even under the heavy weight of a heavy router.
The anodized aluminum rail has a groove with 9.5mm x 19mm for angle stops or spring clips. The T-slot rail offers additional possibilities to fix your own devices.
The resilient insert plate (235mm x 298mm x 9.5mm) can even be used with large routers. Thanks to the Level-Loc reducing rings, you can change them quickly and easily. A guide pin enables controlled milling without a stop system.
