The table top is made of vibration and noise resistant MDF and has an "Easy-Slide Micro-Dot" surface. The surface consists of a high pressure laminate on which you can push workpieces over the surface with ease.
The insert plate measures 9 mm x 235 mm x 298 mm so that even the largest routers can be used. In addition, the insert plate has exchangeable reducing rings, which can be fixed without screws. Three different sizes are included in the scope of delivery. Further reduction ring sizes are available separately in a set of 5. There are laser-engraved markings on the underside of the plate with which every router can be easily installed. A set of compensation pieces for the insert plate is also included in the scope of delivery.
The robust stop was designed with a new quick-locking technology. They enable quick adjustment of the stop and secure locking. In addition, they are dimensioned so that they are easy to use and do not disturb. The stop also has a special surface that makes it easier to slide. With the supplied plastic rods, you can even dress smaller workpieces on your router table. A cutter guard and a suction adapter are also included.
During development, we found that most of the noise made by router tables was caused by vibrations transmitted through the desk top of the router table. We have found that much of this noise can be muffled by using the right design and materials. Thanks to the combination of a sound-absorbing MDF table top with a rigid steel substructure and vibration-absorbing rubber feet, our mobile router table is incredibly quiet.
